Not a bi directional NET meter!, small percentage refund!
KWH meter will *not* go backwards like all NET meters do. Paid $626.54 and only got a $125.31 refund, $501.23 restocking fee! Now have to call Amex and set up a charge dispute. Don't buy!

Good meter
We have purchased several of these meters and use them to sub-meter electricity usage for tenants. They are well made, easy to install and appear to be very accurate.
