Average quality
The product is good but when we set our phone with the stand. It can't stay without support in bottom.Product stability is not too good

Only good for lighter/smaller phones
Had to return the product because it was not able to hold my OnePlus 7 properly. It also wobbles (shakes) a lot when the phone is upright and you try to touch/operate it. Maybe its base could've been a bit bigger or the weight distribution could've been a bit better, but nevertheless, if you have a smaller phone (maybe with screen size less than 5.5 inches), I believe you could make do with this stand.

The central ball connector could be more strong
I brought the product. The build quality is good. The sturdiness is good. The only issue is the ball connector stand which holds our phone and becomes the bridge between phone and main stand is not strong enough. There could be a option to adjust the movability of it, may be. My phone is Redmi Note 9 pro and due to my phone's little weight, the ball connector bows down and my phone faces the ground.
