This is a FANTASTIC summary of the book, it hones down into the essential aspects! I have read the original book and this summary really does a great job to remind key points and I would think for those who have not read the book, triggers their curiosity.

This truly is a must-read for anyone in the health care industry or really anyone, because we all have to deal with health care in one form or another. I love that there is always a list of key takeaways at the end of each chapter so you really get the most important points again in one place.

The book enlightens about the importance of a checklist in our day today activities! Highly educative to people engaged in any field. The author has done enormous in-depth studies for the benefit of every institution and every individual.
