They work plain and simple. They for all the pipe plugs I’ve tried and didn’t break so there stron and cheap I highly recommend them

Without this tool set I would not have gotten the job done Had to remove an engine plug with a square fitting This plug had been in place since 1995 Didn’t know for sure if I could remove it it was really tight It took the 5/16 socket and it held no one around had these available well worth the price seem to be very durable

Gave these a 50/50 chance of working and not breaking - even kept the packaging nice and clean for a possible prompt return. Even connected to an air impact, the 5/16" removed the stubborn oil galley plug that I'd been messing with for over a week.

Worked for removing a plug that was almost destroyed by other removal tools. I used this with an impact wrench set on low.

Perfect set for installing or removing npt pipe plugs
I’m using this set of sockets to remove or install npt pipe plugs for an automotive engine rebuild.It would be impossible to do so without this particular set.

I bought these for occasional use on pipe plugs like changing oil on lawnmower. Rather than fumbling around with an adjustable wrench and stripping the corners off these work perfectly.Quality price are good for occasional use and comparable to average part store tool quality. If you’re buying for all day every day heavy impact use you might want to go with a professional brand like Sunex.
