Why do you need these? Because the FDA might ban colloidal silver suppliers and you can make your own (with the additional purchase of a generator--pricey, but you're set for life). Some background: I had a cold I couldn't shake for 3 months (!) and my chiropractor suggested I take colloidal silver. I figured 'what the heck' and ordered a bottle. in less than a week, the cold completely cleared up and, now that I take it regularly (not every day, but often, especially during flu season), i feel great. Why? It's because colloidal silver (in 7-10 PPM, 2-ounce doses) kills, not only bacteria, but fungal microbes AND viruses! That's right, VIRUSES! The best part is that it doesn't kill your normal, intestinal flora, like antibiotics.

These are much smaller than I'd assumed by the pictures from the seller and comments so I can not use it for what I wanted which is sad and I think the value is less than u get but it appears to be perfectly good silver in a soft rod.

Well they seem to be as advertised. Colloidal production is weird and hard to learn so if you get the goop collecting on the rods and they turn black, that's your fault, not the product. I'm still working through it. I'm buying more to have just in case these stop selling because of regulation. These will last for a year or better though, I'm sure. Good stuff. Get 'em.
