Practical & easy to use to get finished hems, neatened fabric edges. So useful for dresssmaking.
My wife uses this type of tape quite frequently when she is dressmaking or doing her embroidery. It is described as hemming tape but she tells me that actually it is very useful for any occasion where two fabrics need to be fused together. This width of 20mm is more convenient for smaller areas and my wife says it is more manageable when cutting into shape. This tape is very fine and gives a crisp firm very strong bond.I am told that you need a damp cloth and a hot iron and that it is extremely important not to have any stray bits of tape outside of the fabrics to be bonded together or you will end up with a sticky residue on the bottom of your iron. This tape performs well and at around £4.39 for 26 yards is reasonable value for money.

Easy to use
As a short person, I often have to hem ready made clothes, especially trousers. This tape makes it quick and easy, although as someone brought up by a dressmaker, it feels like cheating because growing up, I always, always hemmed things by hand. The tape on this adheres well although you do need to use the highest heat your fabric can tolerate, and a blast of steam too. It's important that all the tape is covered by fabric otherwise everything turns into a grubby mess, but that's the same with any of these tapes.Reasonably priced for the amount you get

Worked perfectly
Hemming tape.I was sent this in return for my honest opinion on it.I recently needed hemming tape, as I wanted to hand make, some curtains for the kids bunk beds. So I thought this was a good opportunity to test this for those. You get a roll of hemming tape, which is 24m in length and 2cm wide. This hemming tape doesn't need to be sewn on, you can simply use your iron! Which makes it so much quicker and easier.I folded over my curtain to create a layer and then added the hemming tape and made sure there was a gap left for a curtain wire also. I did iron both sides of the material just to doubly make sure it was stuck down. This tape worked brilliantly for what was needed. The material feels strong and secure in place and it took less than a few minutes to do the whole lot.I would absolutely recommend this tape. It's worked perfectly for what I needed it for. It's slightly more than I thought but I do think it's worth it now I've used it.

The tape is well impregnated with glue.
Convenient spider web impregnated with glue, transparent, lightweight. Convenient to use, it is wound on a reel. The tape is well impregnated with glue and it is convenient for it to process seams of clothes without a sewing machine. The principle of processing the seams of clothes is very simple - the spider web tape is impregnated with hard glue, which melts under the action of a hot iron and glues the fabric. The tape is of excellent quality, quickly and reliably glues the fabric. I am very glad that I was able to process the cut fabric for my curtains very quickly on my own. This tape is well suited for both professional seamstresses and amateurs. I definitely recommend it!

Only just two cm wide
There are 26 yards on this roll which is actually smaller than I thought it would be. I had to get my ruler out to measure the width as it seemed less than two cm, but it think this is an optical illusion as it is bent in at the edges. I like to use this tape for hemming, but do bear in mind that it is really best suited to lightweight fabrics and you may find that you need to use a double width for it to be effective. Make sure your iron is hot enough to melt the adhesive on the tape, I like to put another piece of fabric on the top of where I am ironing so that I do not burn the fabric.

A very useful and easy way to hemming.
A very practical and easy way of hemming without sewing. I believe every household should keep this bonding tape. All you have to do is cut to size and iron on with steam iron and basically you are done. Clothes can be washed time and time again. Can be used for trousers, net curtains, curtains etc. I am very pleased with the hemming tape and definitely recommend it for all households.

Works
This webbing is tape is great, its easy to use, it saves time on sewing as it sticks light to medium weight fabric together using the heat from an iron. The webbing is 2cm wide, good for hemming summer dresses and linen trousers. The adhevise is very good, it stick the fabric together well, i only hope that it last and doesnt come out in the wash.
