This is the best for this price headphones. Chipper version like Walke or so it is garbage it does not hold muzzle blast and interrupts when somebody shots. This one is not it 5x times better sound and smooth working. After 15 years of using I came to the same brand and item.Additionally today I was at shooting range. Sound was perfect I heard everything without stupid Walke brand interrupting and very low quality sound. who set 4 or less star, guys go for a next step ~1000$ if you can...

The individual setting adjustments for the volume is useful for users who have a hearing deficit on one side OR both. It's a good product when paired with the SOFTER EAR CUPS. With good batteries it has lasted longer than 220 hours. I have left them on, on purpose to test them and it's all in the batteries.Maintenance is low, clean the ear cups with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Take care of them and they'll last forever.

I was a bit cautious after reading reviews from some who complained about poor performance indoors. I am happy to report that this product works very well. I have used it both indoors and outdoors. It certainly excels outdoors where there is little or no echo or reverb. The issue indoors is that the shot is muted but the reverb or echo is not muted well. I can see where some might complain about this. I would expect this to be an issue with almost any electronic muff. In the end, I am VERY pleased with the ease of use, quality of sound and hearing protection. Personally, indoors I use standard muffs. Outdoors at the range for competition or training, this product rocks.

I love the operation of this headset at the range, however, like most I have tried they are still a little to tight against my ears for prolonged comfort. I was hoping that with the wire type over the head frame, they would have less pressure ... WrongAs far as sound control, they are fantastic. The volume can be turned off if you don't need any background sounds or adjusted to your personal desire.If I had my choice, I would just order them without the electronic volume control and save a bunch of money.

Worked as described. No real issues. Comfortable with volume adjustment easy to use. Have 2 of these I use. Would buy again if needed.

Very good value in electronic hearing protection. Stop more noisethan the Pro Ears (I own both). Auto off feature is excellent.Appreciate that it employs standard batteries (AAA) as opposedto the oddball size N that Pro Ears uses.

They offer moderate protection that causes imperceptible but accumulating hearing loss over time. Figured my hearing loss was age related but noticing tracks back to about a year after purchasing these. two weeks ago, I went to the range for the first time in a year. I noticed no issues at the range or that evening. However, woke up with tinnitus the next morning that has persisted constantly since that morning.I removed the pads for the firs time and took a look inside. The only insulation is the very thin piece of foam that sits next to your ears. I'm assuming the same type of foam is used on the ear pads as well.

I have used these muffs for quite some time now. I love that I can have a conversation while wearing the muffs and I can hear everything the other person is saying. They are comfortable and block the sound of weapons firing with every type of gun I have shot (hand guns, rifles, shotguns, semi-auto, etc...). Highly recommended!
