I purchased this because I have a tilted pelvis and need to do certain exercises to keep it in place. This works great. It is sturdy, lightweight, you can adjust the height and it doesn't slide. I love this because I don't need to constantly be going back to the chiropractor or physical therapist.

I like the shape for limited space and portability. It is very sturdy and durable. It would help to have anti slip grips on bottom of riser. Otherwise I’m glad I purchased.

For the price ... Nice item to be able to use at home ... I've been using it as I go through a "Meniscus Tear" operation at a Physical Therapy Facility ... Height adjustments help as I'm rebuilding the entire legs strength ... It's the same height and width that the physical therapy facility has me using ... It's nice and portable and takes up hardly any space ... It's overall a great item for cardio in general ... A warm up to get blood and oxygen flowing through the body ... You can also use it for "Incline" or "Decline" pushup variations ...Update ... February 04, 2023 ... This item is still a great item to have ... I'm only updating my original review because after using these steps about 2-3 times per week in the house only while going through a knee injury rehab ... And being gentle on every move due to that surgery ... I had started to notice that the ends of the rubber are starting to separate as pictured ... It's not a deal breaker or upsetting ... BUT ... For those who might be thinking of buying this item ... Be sure to have some sort of "Glue" handy at the house ... I used "Gorilla Glue" ... Tiny little tubes in a package ... Tiny tip to apply in the corners with a couple of drops ... After applying the glue ... I use a small piece of Blue painters tape to hold it in place for 24 hours ... Issued solved ... It's really not a big deal breaker ... Just keep what I've written in mind regarding having some glue at the house ... Hope this helps new or previous buyers ...

I'm happy to give this product 4.8 stars. I've tried cheaper, less reliable alternatives before, but this is a considerable improvement. Given the extra safety and durability it provides, the additional cost is more than justified. Additionally, the adaptability is a big plus because you can use a longer step platform or buy more risers as needed to use it for different exercises.The risers don't snap tightly with the step or other risers, which is the only disadvantage I've noticed. If they did, it would be more practical, particularly in terms of portability. Nevertheless, this tiny drawback doesn't overwhelm the product's overall excellence and usefulness. This is a wise purchase if you value safety and adaptability in your training gear.

First of all, I didn't think anybody used steppers anymore. But for more effectiveness of your workout, these are a must.The squats and deadlifts can be deeper, the cardio is more intense, the standups with weights are more effective, and every other exercise you do is more effective because of the variety of heights. This is not a purchase. This is an INVESTMENT.I'm a very frugal person. I saw this price and thought it was ridiculous. And truth be told, it is. But I purchased it as a gift to myself. It's going to cut down on the amount of time it's going to take me to reach the fitness goals I have. And that's important to me because I hate exercising. Ain't nobody got time for that! But we have to make time, sistas!Recent studies show that exercise is more beneficial for your BRAIN health than it is for your physical health. It literally helps with memory and to stave off disorders such as Alzheimer's. So, why not invest in this? I use it working from home while I'm on the computer. I put it on the bar area and get some stepping in while working. And when I want to catch some natural sunlight/Vitamin D at lunch time and get some exercising out of the way, I just do some simple step-ups on my balcony for 30 minutes. I have absolutely no excuse right now, even watching the news or some TV show. This has taken away all my excuses.I could go all day about this product. I just wish it was a bit more comfy and affordable for when I sit on it and for gifts. Because I'd love to purchase this for my SIX sisters. Yeah, that's right. It's six of us, and they can't afford this. But after I reach my goal, my butt should be muscular and strong enough to take the hard surface and hopefully, they'll come down on the price so that I purchase these for birthdays and other holidays for my sisters, because this price is a bit much. I'm just keeping it real.Another thing I wish this product came with a booklet, a website, or youtube channel that shows the various exercises you can do on it. Because I know I'm over here making up stuff. LOL.But this is a must-have for all ages, stages, and genders. The whole family can enjoy it. You will never get too old to step. And your legs, abs, and brain are going to reward you for it. Maybe later, they'll have accessories such as railing for the sides so that we can purchase it for the elderly. Very easy to use, they look line and are very durable

I love using these for my glutes and legs, in particular. However, I also do arm-dips and reverse sit-ups using these. They are sturdy, but not the sturdiest. I wouldn't do a fast-paced, high intensity workout on these.

This is compact and perfect for doing step ups at home. The height can easily be altered. I use it almost daily executing multiple types of exercises.

届いてから早速、YouTubeの動画と共にゆっくりめでやってみました！2段で20分、途中高くして30分。顔、首周りがじんわり汗ばむくらいになります。食後の運動だとこれくらいで良さそう。もっと脂肪燃焼するには1番高くして長時間やればかなりいい運動になりそうです。ステップ台は以前幅広めのものを持っていましたが、場所をかなり取るので結局処分しました。こちらはその半分以下の大きさなので場所を取らなくて良い◎高さ調整も台を乗せるだけなので、曲の途中に簡単にできるのも良い◎◎タイムセールでオトクに買えて満足でした！◎◎◎
