Does this fit ancheer e bike

I’m not familiar with that e-bike but I have a friend who installed it on his e-bike. This stem is standered size as are majority of bikes, I would be surprised if it didn’t fit your bike. It’s a great stem and easy to install. If you want to be certain just measure your handlebars.

Can you use this without the spacers that come on the original stem?

The answer to this will be unique to your current setup. I didn't need to use the original spacers, but can see where that might be necessary. To note: this item performs as advertised in every way; very satisfied.

What is the height of the steer tube clamp portion of the stem? Specifically from the bottom to top of stem when in a 90 degree position.

Suncentech answered that "It's about 80mm." How could it be 80 mm. if the entire length is 90mm? Eye balling it if 80mm were true, the entire length would have to be over double the 80mm: say over 160mm! It says it only comes in 90 or 110 mm.

What is the maximum size the attachment to the frame will go? I have a Cannondale Scapel and want to confirm it will fit.

It DOESNT go on t h e frame, but on the top of the fork, match that diameter.
