Great purchase!
I use the food lamp to keep food warm, especially meats, while finishing additional meal items. The flexible arm enables it to fit under cabinets. It arrived packaged carefully and fully intact. After using it, I found it easy to clean. Great purchase and value.

Item was defective but company gave us a full refund.
Worked great at first. After about the 5th time using it the switch melted and started on fire (was not turned on, only pluged in). I have reached out to the seller for help and will update when I get results.Update: After contacting the company they did give us a full refund. Response was very quick.Change # of stars from 2 to 4 because the company was easy to work with and responded right away.Hopefully we got the only bad light and all are not defective.
