Harvill Press The Man Who Planted Trees

An excellent book!

Amazing read, would recommend to anyone who wants a good book that’ll make you think.

We had a French day with my grandchildren and I wanted to read them a special story. I know this book in French very well and thought the translation excellent. I shortened it and read it to them in three chunks during the day. It had quite a powerful effect on them. I was so pleased they were able to draw all the messages from it - 1. trees are important for the environment and people's health 2. One person on his or her own can make significant changes (I was not surprised that Marcus Rashford's name came up ).

Bien qu'il me manquait un ou deux mots de vocabulaire (anglais), une lecture dont je suis sorti enchanté. Il y a un véritable travail autour de l'œuvre et un vrai intérêt à celle-ci.
