I've been a fan of the Bathroom Reader series since my brother got me the first one way, way back. Ever since I got my Kindle, I've been checking periodically to see if they'd put this series on ebooks. Now that they have, I've been getting them one by one.This is the latest in the series that I've gotten. I'm not sure how many of these I've read over the years but I love them all. Overall, I like the generalized ones like this that cover a wide variety of topics better than the ones that specialize in a subject. I've liked some of the specialized ones too; I guess it just depends on how much interest you have in that subject.I think these books are great anytime but they're really perfect airport books. They're interesting enough to take your mind off the tedium of waiting but don't require the kind of concentration that makes you worry about missing announcements about your flight. The only drawback to the physical books was the size and weight of them but with the Kinde edition, that's no longer a problem.The only real flaw with the BR series on Kindle are that the quiz sections aren't really worth doing anymore. Before I'd mark the answer section in the back and flip back to see how I did but you can't do that with ebooks. I'm hoping they'll come up with a work-around for that. Maybe a simple low tech solution like putting the answers right after the quiz section in the ebook versions.

The grandkids enjoyed these so much that we had to remove them from the bathroom, so other people could use the bathroom! Thanks!

Book was received promptly and is in pristine condition. Book is as advertised and is equally as good as previously purchased earlier edition. Book is perfectly suited for its intended purpose.

It has some cute little short humerus facts... but just a few, It has some short fun anecdotes,.. but just some, It has half a dozen celeb factoids and as many odd home-life stories. There are a little groups of historic, scientific, economic, financial, spiritual, dastardly, hysterical, and even just cute boat names. All in all it has an overwhelming array of just about any kind of subject matter that would interest just about anyone on the planet in some way or another... but only a segment or two. The rest of the book would be for the next reader to find his or her subject matter of choice and so on. A perfect book for a busy bathroom buy having just enough reading while doing your business and then letting the next in line have some short reading to do. It will keep the line moving that way!

I've read every single Uncle John's readers multiple times and after getting the feeling either they ran out of material or got lazy, the last two have been good, with this one being back to former quality of some of the earlier readers. I can wait to go to the library...er...bathroom to dive into more goofy and interesting tidbits of this that and the other thing that are both interesting and simultaneously useless...but still fun to read. I may have to get a good bout of the runs to finish this one fast so I can go on to the next one.*NOTE* Per Uncle Johns BRI Facebook page, there is a production issue with the cover stock and paper on this issue that allows it to bend and curl more than usual. My cover curls as do the pages. BRI said they're working on a fix.

You will never be disappointed buying any of the Bathroom Readers. They are clever, funny, interesting, and never have a need to use vulgarity. Truly entertaining!

This was the first time for ordering a used book and was a little wary of what condition it would actually be in once it arrived. It was listed as 'Good' condition and the price was right so I thought, what the heck, how bad could it be. I was thrilled when the book arrived a few days later and 'Good' condition in this case was like showroom new. Couldn't tell the book was used in any way, shape, or form. Another great instalment of the bathroom reader. I have every single one and counting. I would order again and recommend the seller. Thanks.

I started reading these by accident a few years ago. They are great because you can pick the book up, read a few pages, then put it down and pick it up and start in another area of the book all together next time. The series are not chapter books. My 9 year old daughter loves them too. Full of facts. We are working our way through all of them. They get left wherever the last person in the family happened to sit them and the next person picks it up and opens a page and starts reading.

Interesting facts all split up for short consumption.

Most of us take our cellphone to the bathroom when we know we are going to be a few minutes. Well this book is a great substitute. The articles are informative and entertaining 2 to 5 minute reads. You may sit a little longer to finish the more entertaining segments.

Delivery was earlier than expected (a whole 12 hours earlier) and the book is exactly what I was looking for; thought provoking trivia

Bought for a gift. Everyone loves them. Uncle John's is the best. Highly recommend.
