10-12. My son was 10 years old and about 89 pounds and it fit snug.

My son wears a small and he wears a size 6/7

Size up. My son is a size 5 and the small (4-6) fit him perfectly. He has a slim waist but the elastic waistband still held the pants up well so i guess the waistband might run a little small. The rest of the costume is nice and roomy though.

A small but it will still probably be big
