False advertising
This is the third time I’ve ordered a rug from NuLoom and not received what I ordered. The first two orders were for the same rug and both times I received the same rug that didn’t look anything at all like the picture, not even the same colors/patterns. I tried to order a different pattern this time thinking maybe there was just a mix up with that particular item. This time I received a rug that somewhat resembles what I ordered (pictured), but looks like a cheap version of it. The design was extremely pixelated and asymmetrical, especially in the center. Went with a different brand on Amazon and finally got what I wanted.

Beautiful
The rug is gorgeous and looks great, we put a $30 salt pad underneath it. Spot cleaning has been easy and we’re about ready to do our first wash. If it’s a bad experience I’ll be back to tell. so far way better design and cheaper than ruggable!

Stunning
I can’t say enough good things about this rug. My senior dog (seen on couch) has accidents from time to time and it’s so convenient to throw this in the washer. I have had no unraveling and the color is still perfect. I can also vacuum with no problems. I would definitely buy again.
