Upon first receiving it I loved it. Loved the look of it, sound quality of the speaker, it finds stations by itself etc. It didn't even last a week. Worked good for a couple days now all the buttons don't work at all they do whatever functions it decides to instead of what the button is suppose to do. "AL" pops up all the time by itself will kick you out of whatever function you're trying to use. The snooze middle button is way too sensitive if you accidently lightly touch it will change brightness. Can't even use it anymore it's garbage. Only thing that still works is the wireless charger. Will be returning for refund.

I was so ready to love this clock radio,, but after having it only 3 days-- I realize I wasted my $. It had all the features I was looking for, ability to dim thr numbers,,a great sound, and the phone charging area. I went to lay my phone on it last night, and already the charging pad isn't working anymore! 3 days!!C'mon, quit making such junk & charging top dollar for it. THIS is going back for a refund :(

Looks as pictured. I enjoy that it can be dimmed to 5 different levels, though one though 3 look the same and there is a big jump to 4. I use 3 during the day and 4 at night, which is perfect for a dark room. I like that the alarm remains set so that I don't have to reset it every night. The sound of the radio is also quite good and it captures more radio channels than my previous alarm clock. The product doesn't seem to be made of wood but of plastic but I suppose it's hard to tell unless you touch it. One attractive feature was the charging station but it doesn't work with Android (it notes iPhone in the description but still, I was hopeful it would work anyway but nope, it does nothing but act as a little bed for the phone). I bought this alarm clock because I wanted one with an orange number display as it is supposed to lead to better sleep, we will see how this works over time.A tip not mentioned in the instructions: you cannot set the time or alarm while the radio is playing, it must be turned off.

Terrible product. Alarm didn’t go off multiple times a week despite being set properly (had my wife verify nightly to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong). Snooze often didn’t work. LED display has 5 settings. Off, Staring Into The Sun, Friday Night Football Stadium, Police Searchlight and what I like to call The Depths Of Mordor, because it has to be pitch black to make out the incredibly dim shapes in the darkness. Look, an alarm has to be three things. Unobtrusive, easy and reliable. Given how insanely bright the LED screen is, you might as well sleep with the lights on. The only way to sleep is on the absolute dimmest mode but that makes it impossible to read in even the dullest daylight. That means you’ll be forever playing with the dimmer, which is something you really shouldn’t have to think about on a daily basis. Reliability is essential in an alarm and given the numbers of times the alarm either simply failed to go off or did go off but the snooze button failed to have the alarm come back on a few minutes later makes this the perfect gift for a coworker you’d like to get fired for tardiness. If you want to be on time for work ever more than once a week, avoid this product.

The radio has a wonderful sound, not tinny or cheap. The wood construction helps create a deep sound. It’s easy to use/set and the charging pad is well placed. I really like the non-slip surface on top. I know that when I place the phone on the charger it won’t slip off. The only thing that question is the brightness level options. There are 5 setting: 3 that are quite bright, 1 that is very dim but perfect for a dark room, and 1 that shuts off the display all together. It would be nice if one of the brighter settings was halfway to the 4th, or dim setting. That aside and it’s become my favourite alarm clock to wake up to.
