Love, glucose control boost!
Love Boost glucose control in cholate. I do not usually eat anything for breakfast; however, I know that is better for my health that I do eat something for breakfast. So I tried boost glucose control.. I like that it does not have a chalky taste nor is it overly sweet. It lasts on its own for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

I was given Boost when I was hospitalized. Frankly, I didn't expect tolike it so I was surprised that it tastedgood. I'm pleased with glucose controlSince it doesn't make your glucose spike. The chocolate, strawberry andvery vanilla are all tasty. It costs a bit but I use as a meal replacement so I buy fewer groceries. Boost doesn't leave me hungry between meals. I alsoCompare prices as there is a considerable gap in what retailers charge.
