IdeaPad 1 Laptop, 14.0" HD Display, Intel Celeron N4020, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Intel UHD Graphics 600, Windows 11 in S Mode, Ice Blue

I bought this strictly to monitor a New Relic dashboard and test various VPN clients. That is all I need. No gaming. This thing works great for what I need and it stays cool…even after running 12 - 14 hours continuously. I bought a nice little clip on lamp for the top of the display. That little USB-powered device is worth it’s weight in gold. My 12 year old son loves his IdeaPad 3, so I got this for myself for work. Money well spent. No complaints.

Great inexpensive laptop

This is a good basic computer. It is easy to set up and use, and I like the bonus of getting Microsoft office suite for one year free. I find it a little slow when loading internet pages.

had trouble with outlook and contacts. confusing

We bought this lap top for small uses. FB, emails, surfing the web. It's been just what we need. The thinnest and how beautiful the screen color and size was amazing to see. Set up was so easy. I did youtube it to get a jump on it before I bought it and for set up. Which I was so happy I did. Just need a wireless printer and we are good to go! Goodbye desk top.

Laptop worked ok for a while. Not particularly fast, not particularly slow (but more on the slow side than fast). Not very heavy, but not exactly light weight either. Battery life leaves a lot to be desired. May give me 3 hours if I'm doing nothing. To top all this mediocrity off, the mouse pad quit working after after 2 years with very, very light use. I suppose the price was not too bad, either; so any way you swing it, it was probably worth the money.

The laptop is very disappointing. It did not do what I wanted it to do. I can't have apps like, Google, Spotify, and Discord open at the same time without having to go into the task manager to force end it. Sometimes I can't even log in. I have had this issue since the end of 2021 when I bought it. I am sick of having to go for a lap around my neighborhood and still be loading. This computer has been giving me so much trouble that I can't even use it. I stopped using it because it was to slow to handle. I have done everything I can to make it faster but nothing works. I tried to reset the computer but still was slow and laggy. This computer is disappointing. I got this computer with windows 11 and had to downgrade to windows 10 because it was so slow. I have finally lost all my patience with this computer that I'm done using it. I am writing this review because I want to warn everyone before they buy this computer. Very disappointed with this computer. I have tried all the fixes for it but nothing seems to work. I also had a problem in the middle of January 2022 when it would not turn on. I am sick of this computer and it isn't like I gave the computer problems, they occurred right after coming out of the box and a couple days of use. I do not recommend this computer.

It was an out box unit. It was in perfect condition, not used. Works well with Windows 11.

Todo en Inglés y era para mí hijo

Il PC è bello, veloce e piacevole da usare, ma ha un problema gravissimo: la memoria interna da soli 64 GB. Con Windows 11 occupa quasi tutto lo spazio disponibile (oltre l’80–90%), e durante gli aggiornamenti il sistema si blocca perché non ha memoria sufficiente. Purtroppo ho scoperto che la SSD non è sostituibile né espandibile, quindi non c’è modo di risolvere il problema. Con Windows 10 a cui ero abituato io, probabilmente avrebbe retto, ma con l’11 è destinato a durare poco. Mi dispiace accorgermene dopo i 30 giorni di reso: dopo appena due mesi, il PC è già quasi inutilizzabile. Peccato, perché sarebbe stato perfetto con almeno 128 GB. Ps ulteriore dato da considerare: la tastiera non è italiana ma anglosassone quindi cambia l'ordine di alcuni pulsanti. Per me non è stato un problema ma può esserlo per qualcuno
