I love this thing. It took me a minute to locate the filter and cap in the back of the unit, but it stays very warm, has plenty of bubble action and is relatively easy to maintain Ph. The tie down straps for the cover keep the cat from drowning and if you only release one, you can keep more heat in =). Should have bought this instead of paying $400/month for Lyrica. My back feels great. I did follow another user and purchase some padding to put on the underside to insulate and keep my bottom off the hard patio.

I bought a 2-inch styrofoam board to make the bottom soft and help to hold heat in. I like the 2-inch styrofoam board I made one for the top. Not only keeping the top look better but help to keep in the heat.

The only problem is, it uses way to many filters. They only last a couple weeks

It was poorly made

First of all, for disclosure purposes, I purchased this model hot tub directly from Wave and not from Amazon. Actually, paid $20 more than what Amazon is currently charging. It was a little frustrating dealing with Wave because they miss delivery dates and don't keep you up to date on the status of shipments, but I still received the hot tub in a reasonable time. My wife and I went for an inflatable tub in order to try the hot tub experience out before making a major investment. This tub was very easy to set up and seems very durable. It's also much easier to maintain than a permanent hot tub and can be taken down if we're gone for an extended period. The bubble jet action is fantastic, the heating element seems to work fine although we currently don't want it too hot, and the filter works well. The only caveat is that these tubs are not really meant to hold 4-6 people. Two adults fit very comfortably and can spread out. Can probably fit four snugly, but no way six. Anyway, we're really happy to have the hot tub experience for under $500 and may never spend the big bucks on a permanent tub. Even if we have to replace this every few years it will be more than worth it.

finally put it up and it had a leak,, very disappointed

I have no complaints. Setup was easy. Filling up was easy. Maintenance is easy. Love it

Waited months for this piece of crap to arrive. It leaks the heater doesn’t work at all. The customer service continues to give me the run around saying they need a video of the leak, and they ignore that the heater doesn’t work.DO NOT BUY THIS.

We purchased this square hot tub ( wave Pacific)for our 1st one and can't be more pleasedVery sturdy,easy and quick to inflate,Quick heat element and quite surprised as to how quiet the filtration system is,Good all over jet system,Easy to cleanI would advice that all appropriate chemicals and filters are purchased from wave that way you know you are using the correct ones and not just any cheap chlorine, alkalinity plus and filters are used, I don't think wave are any dearer and at the moment they have a sale on even with there hot tubs,(and no I don't work for wave just my opinion)I would highly recommend

Negative first : bit too small, I'm 6'1 and have to sit diagonally to stretch out.Positivity now: we've had this for a few months and are happy with it, after the initial chemical process, it stays nice and warm and the bubbles are really good. We'll get a bigger one next time.

This product came the heat pump does not heat up the hot tub came with a horrible leak seller does not respond! Save your money complete waste of of time and money
