Scent is lasting

This is always a perfect, welcomed gift that everyone loves, especially for friends who may not have a Christmas tree, or just want to enjoy that winter evergreen tree ambiance. I always order one for myself as well. Ordering through Amazon I can have the candle sent several states away without incurring the extra expense of shipping charges. That’s a plus!

This being a Yankee Candle, I was surprised and disappointed at what little aroma it has. I have purchased Yankee Candles before from their franchise store so I'm aware of the reputation of this brand, which has been very good. They make an excellent, aromatic candle, although a little pricey for my purse, but if quality is there, then I don't mind paying a little more to have the aroma I am wanting. Can't say this was the case for this Yankee Candle...

I am in love with this scent! It’s the perfect balsam scent. When this burns, the house smells absolutely incredible. It’s definitely a winter scent but I don’t care, I burn it all year long. It’s so cozy and comforting. Like being in a forest. The candle itself is nice and study, thick glass, and it burns evenly!

Note: I purchased the Balsam & Cedar signature 2-wick 20oz. large jar; the signature soy wax candles have a stronger scent and superior throw than the classic jars with mottled wax.I bought this candle to find something that "smells like Christmas." Based on the others I've tried, I believe this is the closest I will get to the real thing! The scent is strong, but it does not have that chemical/overly artificial smell. It also has an excellent throw! The large jar fills most of my first floor with fragrance.I've not had issues with the longevity of the signature jars; they do not last as long as the classic jars because they use soy wax. I expect this candle will meet or exceed its advertised 60-hour burn time, but I will update this review should that not be the case.

I bought this for a birthday present and clearly I waited too long because the candle lid was somewhat marred with an unremovable stain. The recipient's birthday is tomorrow so I just have to give it as is. Either I should have bought it in a local store or I should have ordered it sooner when there would have been time to replace it. Other than the stain on the lid, the item seems just fine. I cannot rate the scent or any other feature as I will not be lighting it. This candle did not seem quite as upscale as Yankee Candles usually are but perhaps it is just the styling. In the future,I will buy this kind of thing in store where I can better examine the item.

Les chandelles Yankee, bien qu'elles soient plus dispendieuses, sont toujours de bons achats. Les parfums sentent bons et leur longévité est étonnante. J'achète toujours la nouvelles senteur pour les Fêtes et je ne suis jamais déçue

This my very favorite Yankee candle scent. I love lighting this in the fall and winter. The smell is amazing!
