Perfect fit & function
This drive carrier fit my Dell server T610 perfectly. I had no issues or problems with this drive caddy. If you have a Dell server this caddy will work as it is the original Dell product.Packaging was very good. This is a very simple product to use and install.

Low quality screws
They are cheap dell compatible trays.Sometimes you get what you pay for.The manufacturer used the most flimsy, low quality screws possible. You need to be very careful to only attempt to screw it in until the screw is fully in, no more. The slightest bit of pressure beyond that will strip the screw and you'll have to bend/break the tray in order to get the drive out of it.If you go with these trays do yourself a favor and have some high quality flat screws.Overall they do the job and would be fine aside from the screw issue.

Terrible Quality. These caddies don't work.
Garbage. These are not a valid substitute for the OEM Caddies. Bought 4 and had to return them. None of the holes line up correctly with the drives. Drives work fine in OEM.

buyer beware!
I bought 6 of these for the 6 Western Digital RE SATA drives I also bought. a few confusing things.. the sides say "SAS/SATAu" even though they are for SAS and regular SATA drives. secondly, the mounting holes for SATA drives are actually labeled "SAS" and vice versa. this seems to be a common point of confusion among different manufacturers so I won't count it as a "con" but just warn other buyers. it is quite confusing.I had originally purchased 6 units of this item: http://www.amazon.com/Caddy-0G302D-0F238F-0X968D-exclusively/dp/B00DZ1YT6Wthe screw holes did not line up, so they were returned and replaced. the new screws went right in with these replacements, with a pleasant amount of ease!UPDATE: after receiving the rest of my caddies (which arrived in 3 shipments due to stock levels), I am changing my rating to 3-star. although 3 of the trays shipped from one seller and 3 from another, the items are being sold under the same listing and should be identical. they are not. the screw holes did not line up on 1 (out of 3) of the trays that was shipped by iMkeyboard and I was only able to get 2 screws in. the quality of the screw holes themselves is even very poor on the item shipped by iMkeyboard. there are absurdly large burrs around the screw holes like they were machined by smashing a dull, rusty countersink into them for a few brief seconds.more annoyingly, almost none of the trays match as far as color. out of 6 trays, I have 5 different colors.. ranging from a darker gun-metal gray, to a lighter silver-ish gray, to a light beige-ish silver. I find this entirely unacceptable. the items are sold under one listing but yet do not match and, furthermore, the part numbers on the boxes are different. not cool.**NOTE: if I could, I would rate the items shipped by iMkeyboard at 2-star. the quality of the trays is much worse than the ones I received from GadgetZone.

As good as OEM. Or are they OEM?
I can't tell much difference between these and the ones that ship with Dell drives. There may not be a difference. I would only say that the "SAS" and "SATA" labeled screw holes on the side are swapped. That is, for my drives, the SATA drives lined up with the SAS labeled holes. No biggie, but sort of weird. The latch doesn't feel cheap, or plastic-y, and there is no need for brute force when installing/swapping disks.

Worked great
I ordered two of these for a Dell T610 server. The caddies lined up with the drives and went into the server with no issues. I would order them again.

Fit is not perfect require a bit of attention to align properly
Fit is not perfect require a bit of attention to align properly. The included screws were M3 (used on 2.5 drives) instead of 6-32 for 3.5 drives. Will go elsewhere for future orders.

Not original Dell, 2 of them arrived bent
Very low quality knock offs. The thickness of the metal doesn't even match the OEM dell trays. I ordered 4 and two of them arrived so bent I could not use them. I went to ebay instead and found OEM parts
