Basically silent - I can sleep with it running at my bedside even though I’m extremely sensitive to sound and a very very light sleeperSome minor drawbacks (I’m only being very picky) are that it’s difficult to clean the base because the base water level goes basically to the top and is unwieldy to carry, it’s also difficult to scrub the water tank because it’s a weird shape with a pillar in the middle. The only actual criticism I have though is that because the water tank isn’t top fill you have to unscrew the leak proof cover on the bottom which is hard to grip and difficult for me to unscrew sometimes.This is definitely my favorite humidifier though!!! It runs for so long - even on the maximum setting - and it’s been easy to keep it clean as long as I rinse with hot water regularly and soak with bleach about every week or two.It doesn’t have any fancy features like humidity control or a timer, but it does exactly what it says it does and delivers perfectly on that performance. As long as you don’t have hand strength/mobility issues I think this is an excellent option and I would definitely recommend it!!!I got this to combat dry eye + dry mouth issues due to an autoimmune condition and it easily raises my bedroom to 80% humidity or higher and has helped my issues incredibly well!!

I love how quiet this humidifier is! We've had it for over 2.5 years and it still works great. I just bought the exact same one because I liked it so much! I clean it about every 1-2 weeks due to our extremely hard well water. Great product at a great price and lasts a long time. I highly recommend!

I like the flat top which makes it very easy to fill. The handle is an extra bonus. It works well and helps eliminate the dry air. I would recommend this to a friend.

A must-have if you live in a dry climate. It's so quiet no noise at all. The stream it gives off on the highest mode is thick. We have it placed to cover a 4-room open area. We have really noticed the difference and I think our plants like it too. I ordered one for my sons' room and it helps him sleep at night. Minimal parts, just dump and clean in the sink with the spray nozzle. There is a screen to clean also.

We have bought 4 of these humidifiers. For years we have bought different humidifier brands for our kids and they never last more than a few years. We bought this same humidifier over 2 years ago and it has worked wonderful and decided to pick one up for our other child, ourselves, my mother and my aunt. They are simple to set up, fill up water and clean. The price with the coupon is very reasonable that we don't care if they break in a few years either.

I am satisfied except some kind of high pitch noise even though it has been shut down.

This is the 3rd one I have purchased! I have one in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It’s so dry in the house in the winter, so I refill them daily. This is the second winter I’ve used them. The first 2 we’re purchased last year.

it certainly is easy to clean and access the parts, but the steam smells like plastic and makes me gag. Anyone know how long it will take for that smell to go away?? It's awful. I've tried wiping down with vinegar but didn't work. Otherwise, it's a good machine.
