I've played with pretty much all the good indoor basketballs. First, official NBA ball is trash. Don't buy that. It's meant to be worn in which takes a long time. Seriously, and you will hate it until it's broken in. You will hate it again after it's broken out, as it wears out quickly compared to the composite balls like the Evolution(worlds most popular indoor ball) and this Baden Elite. The grip of the Elite is second to none. I will admit I never used a properly worn in NBA ball, or at least I don't think I did. Both times I used one in a game environment, they were very slippery with or without chalk. I must say, the Baden Elite is a better ball in EVERY single way. The ball bounces better, and has a better reaction and predictability when it's bouncing off the glass, or the rim. Also, the feel is way softer, and more comfortable. This is hugely noticeable, and recommended to people with smaller hands. The channels are very deep. They feel deeper than the Evo, but that might be because the ball feels softer. It's hard to compare the feel when this Baden ball plays like a high end ball, and the Evo is a 3rd rate knock off. The Baden is symmetrical.You don't think it matters, until you play with balls that aren't. For me, it gives me more confidence because I have predictability of the ball and its surface. This is something you need to experience to understand. Also, the needle hole is nearly invisible to the eye and touch. I like how they don't have the large nipple around the hole on this ball. Again, this goes to feel and predictability. You don't want to feel off when you're pulling up just because your hand landed on a not-prime location. NEXT.... Durability. Evo has gotten harder, where I can notice it after some play time. The Baden Elite has not. And I've now put way more time in the Baden Elite, hundreds of hours. Still nearly a identical feel to the new feel. I would like to say how the surface durability is of the materials, but I cannot. My ball is getting a little damaged and chipped in the channels. But that is because of the terrible shots people take messing around with my beloved ball. Hitting the top right and left corners repeatedly. I can't be objective here so I will skip this point. 5 Stars - The best basketball I've ever used. From all the real leather balls, from the NBA, NCAA, Nike ball, TF-series and every other notable balls. This one is the best ball to play with. I am tired of people bringing Evo's into pick-up basketball because those balls honestly are trash once to go to this ball. It's hard to go back. You notice where the competition skimps in construction. Baden actually listened to players making a ball while Spalding and other companies do whatever they want. This is the best indoor basketball from the $1-150 range.

I am 71 years old, so I have been playing ball a long time. I use this ball basically to shoot around at the gym. I can say this is the best basketball I have ever had. Has great feel, it feels a little lighter than the Wilson Evolution, but the grip and the bounce are great. When you shoot, you don't have to worry about slippage that can occur with the indoor/outdoor basketball.

This basketball is designed to be played indoors but I don’t get the opportunity to play indoors a lot. I bought this basketball back in February of 2022 when I started got it out of the box it was very grippy and used it at one of my basketball practice but then as time went on I eventually used it outside the one thing that you’re really not supposed to do with indoor basketball, but that’s what I did and then accidentally left it outside and got waterlogged because of the material that’s made out of but after a dread out, it’s still has good weight and good grip 2 1/2 years later and it’s the number one I use for outdoor use normally gets a $15 basketball from Walmart but they only last maybe 2-3 months before the grip starts fading away. It is an expensive basketball, but it’s worth the money if it’s taken care of a little better if you do use outside after you’re done bring it in and wipe it off and it should last you a while. I played with a lot of outdoor basketball and those just don’t last I mean 70 to 80 bucks on a basketball is expensive and hit the ball. Just saw the pops because it hit something then that money is down the drain. But for a basketball that will last you years if you have the money I would strongly suggest getting this. Sometimes to know if something is a good product, you have to get it and review it on your own, but it’s good to see online all the good reviews on the higher rating searching for the right shoes that will last that feel good for you. You have to try them on yourself. I remember years ago I bought a pair of running shoes that I got from maybe $20-$30 and had them for maybe a year and they still had pretty good traction and I’m a very active person so when I try out project and it works good you tend to what is stick with that because you’re right now what it’s like

I have been using the Biden Elite for over 4 years now. I am recently on my 3rd purchase in all that time. Ball is durable I have used it on an outdoor smooth court but it really won't fair well with constant outdoor play. I only will play with it outside 1-3 times to speed up the break-in process. I do this because the ball actually will get softer over time if you don't over-inflate it which will make it seem harder. So let me be clear I would not recommend anyone else playing on outdoor court, it is a true indoor ball, and using it outdoor too much will damage it and quickly lose it's grip,air, and tack but if you must use it outdoor only do it on rare occasions. The ball is super tacky out the bag when you roll the ball on the court you can hear how sticky it is. Also I have relatively small hands for a guy and I can easily palm the ball when my hands are dry. The ball is a perfect circle and the panels are evenly spaced which may give it a different feel than most are use to and that's maybe why some people feel it is smaller than normal but it measures at a true 29.5". Oh yeah,It has a good bounce. The Wilson feels heavier than this ball and the Evo Nxt feels lighter or slightly the same so its somewhere in between when it comes to weight. It is a relatively soft ball compared to most indoor and outdoor balls. It's only rival would be The Wilson Evo and The Evo Nxt in my opinion because right out the box they are comparable with only a small difference in feel and testure except the Baden is more tacky, i mean like sticky if you buy it brand new. After playing with The Baden over time you will start seeing the difference between it and The Wilson. I honestly dont know why some people mostly younger players are stuck with only the Wilson Evo. I say play with them both as they both are great but I have played with both and let me tell you shooting this ball is a dream I def. recommend this ball.

I have gone through two of these Baden Elite balls in the last 10 years now. I play once a week with the same group of guys for the last close to 20 years. We started with the original TF-1000 until the ball was stolen after one of our games. Evolution became our game ball for the next several years until the Baden Elite was introduced. At first, nobody knew about this ball so it took a a few games of playing with it where the majority decided that this was the closest feel to the original TF-1000 that everybody grew up playing with. It has a good soft feel to the ball with good grip. The weight and bounce just feel right. It feels like it has a slightly lighter touch to the Evolution with that consistent TF-1000 grip feel off the fingertips. If you played organized indoor ball in the 90s, you're going to like this ball. I still have the older Baden Elite without the gold outline. This is still the ball of choice versus the new version. Not sure if the manufacturing has changed between the two versions or if the ball broke in differently, but it does have a slightly different feel between the two. Recently though, one of my buddies just bought a new one and surprisingly that one feels the same as the original. Every ball could be slightly different, but at the end of the day, for indoor ball this is the ball of choice for us old timers.

Awesome ball! I'd say the best two balls out there are THIS ONE and the THE ROCK C2C Composite game ball. TBH I don't know which I'd choose between the two. I'd probably choose The Rock if I had had a gun to my head, but this one was only $39.99 on sale at Amazon, and The Rock was $64.00. It was a no-brainer to go with the Baden Elite with that kind of price difference. That said both balls are Awesome! They both put the Wilson Evolution to shame. Not really sure what everyone sees in the EVO. When I called Wilson to ask about this anomaly they told me that it's kind of a regional thing. They asked me where I lived, and when I said CA, they said, "Oh yeah, EVERYONE in CA get's the EVO". I'm thinking, "Why"? The Rock and the Baden Elite are both way better basketballs! If you can justify the cost, I'd say go with The Rock as a 1st option, and the Baden Elite as a second option. The Wilson EVO in my opinion is a 3 Star at best. I own the Wilson NCAA Official Indoor ball and that's a pretty good ball. I'd give it 4 stars. The indoor Spalding TF-1000 Classic is decent too. If I had to rank the top indoor composite balls out there this would be my ranking (Note: I'd only buy the top 3): 1) The Rock C2C 2) Baden Elite 3) Wilson NCAA Tournament Game Basketball Honorable Mention: Spalding TF-1000 Classic, Wilson Evolution **Ok, so after going to the gym and feeling THE ROCK C2C and the Baden Elite right next to each other, I've changed my tune. So the ball can almost easily get scuffed looking marks when you play with it. Depending if the court hasn't been properly swept and mopped. No change on how it plays and feels, but it's still a high quality indoor basketball. One of the best basketballs I've ever used and I've said this for quit some years. I've been saying this since 2017 when I first laid my hands on the Baden Elite for the first time. It's better than the Wilson Evolution, definitely. — Here's my top 7 indoor basketball list 1.) Season Creator Premium indoor game ball 2.) Baden ElitePro *2.0* 3.) Baden Elite *1.0* 4.) The Rock C2C 5.) Wilson Evo NXT *2.0* 6.) Wilson Solution *OG* 7.) Wilson Evolution *1.0*. The unfortunate thing about this ball was it was a bit scuffed how it appeared when it was delivered, but I knew that it was still brand new and not a used ball. Reason why I knew this was because it was clearly mishandled not properly at all. The box itself was kinda beat up a bit, too. But overall, this is my main go-to b-ball and is my current favorite basketball that I own (for now). The durability of the ball is good, but I definitely know that the paint and logo colors will soon be fading away, but I have no worry or care about that. Just the ball itself. Anyways, the grip is positively fine, the grooves are PERFECTLY deep, the channels are party with my fingers very nicely and it's tacky. The air capacity is awesome. Unlike the Wilson, like every 3-4 weeks, I have to pump it up. Sometimes 1-2 weeks. No sign of air leakage at all. Overall it looks good and is great to use like I said. TOTALLY worth my money!

Baden isn't a name that's familiar with basketball players in Asia - I saw this being used by trainers and wanted to try it and I'm glad I did! The texture, bounciness and grip feel very similar to the Wilson Evolution basketball (another model I hoop regularly with) and I like to use the Baden Elite basketball whenever I can!

Best basketball ever made. Incredible feel. These can be hard to find.

Its an awesome, premium quality ball. It grips so well. Dont play it outdoors if anyones wondering.
