I have had these shoes for a few weeks now and the longer I have them, the more I like them. I ordered them according to the sizing chart, but thought they would be too small, but I'd give them a try. When I first put them on I was sure that I had ordered them too small, but very soon they fit me snugly as if they had been custom built to my feet. I noticed they fit without my foot sliding around inside and after a few days (to let my feet and my shoes to get to know each other) my feet felt at home in them. These boots are made of "Crazy Horse Leather" which is not horse hide at all, but a full grain leather that is normally used in saddle making. I expect these shoes will last and last and will look even better with age. One thing though, they are not even "water resistant" much less water proof, so you will have to treat them yourself if that is important to you. I use them for hiking and as motorcycle shoes and (with half chaps) horseback riding. They make great paddock boots, just don't step in deep squishy ... stuff. They are made in Vietnam with world class workmanship.

Although, it reads Unisex-Adult, however, to me, they look like men's shoes 100%. They have a tough, casual, and classy appearance, which makes them perfect for my work attire. Since I have to walk quite a distance coming back home from work, I am hoping that the sole will not unglue from the shoe, as it happened with a pair of Docker shoes in the past. I am still testing the shoes, so I will update my opinion when the time comes. However, so far, they are excellent and meet my expectations

Sized on the larger side, I usually wear a 9.5-10, but got the 9 and it fit well, comfortable boots, not much break in time at all, you can dress them up or down

I'm from the old school Doc's era. I used to wear these shoes before your mom was born, but through the years I started searching for more comfortable boots. I found more comfort elsewhere, but always liked the look of Doc's. I never wore them as a punk rocker, just wore them with jeans like a normal person. I bought these pair of boots hoping something changed with the soles to make them more comfortable. I don't know if they did or not, but I wore these boots all day long and they felt so comfortable and the look is simply classic. I got a few compliments from people my age for bringing back a little bit of that old school. I was surprisingly impressed and happy with this purchase. I remember they used to say Made in England. Now it's made in LAO PDR. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

These are great boots. Like all Doc Martins, they're well-crafted. Two things: first, they run a bit big. I'm usually an 8.5 in boots, but I could have easily sized down half or even a whole size. Second, they take a bit of breaking in. The leather, especially on the top of the foot is a bit stiff and can rub against your foot, especially if you wear them all day. That goes away after a while, but just be aware that there is a breaking-in period with these. Otherwise, great looking boots that will last a long time.

Quality leather. Comfortable sole. Working on breaking them in. Just make sure you get the right size. I wear an 11.5 and tried 12 first but was too large the 11 fit much better. Toe area is roomy so don't worry about squished toes. The size 12s were just too long so foot would slide back and forth even with laces leather to leather (tight as could go). Looking forward to wearing them daily once broken in.

I had a pair of these back in 1994 and loved them then fast forward 2023 found them on Amazon and bottom. Don’t know why I waited so long to buy another pair. In my opinion if you have back or leg issues Dr. Martin Are great boots.

Excelente, aunque en comparación con otras 1460 negras que compré antes, viene un poco más ancha la bota (se nota en la foto compartida), el largo es exactamente como se describe.

Muy cómodas y a un precio razonable.

This Dr. Marten is very comfortable I am using since 2019 which I purchased in Black color and second one I purchase in 2023 Model is Dante black color Now in 2024 again I purchase in dark brown color its very comfortable and looks 👍 good.. when I wear these Marten I feel like I am at my 16teens 😁
