I am an adult and have trouble finding helmets that fit my size without too many layers of extra padding strips and it would still shift but not this helmet! This helmet is great. Just as advertised. Good breathability through vents. Adjustable nob is great to get that perfect fit no matter how you fix your hair that day ;) it is lightweight and the finish accepts vinyl stickers with ease.

Good looking and comfortable cycle helmet
