2 Broken Zippers in first week
Quality of the material and stitching seemed great. Nice capacity for books, lunch box, computer.However, none of that matters if the zippers are broken. One zipper completely came apart; another zipper had the handle break off. Both occurred within 4 days of use, so we returned the item.

this backpack broke within 3 mo of ownership. yesterday the 3 zipper came off the track. I am going to replace with a different product. this was not good craftsmanship and felt very shoddy,.
