Excellent quality for price
My main concern when buying was having enough sterile gauze, a legit CAT and both of the hyfin chest seals, as they were vague in the description and photos. No worries...They give you one pair of run-of-the-mill XL Nitrile gloves, sterile rolled gauze, thermal blanket, antiseptic towlette x6, triangle bandage, combine 5x9", and 28F npa with lube. It's all dynarex products aside from the nar gauze, hyfin, trauma shears, duct tape, Sharpie and 6" pressure bandage (most kits give you a 4").I was originally looking into buying everything separately and making my own kit however when I found this I couldn't beat the price, even buying in bulk I was still around $135 per kit and it isn't worth my time to source the cheapest real products. The only things this kit is in need of is a NAR ARS decompression needle and the Quik clot gauze and you'd have a solid and well rounded tactical trauma IFAK. The case is also well made and has plenty of space for what you need. Personally I will be adding a second tourniquet with a molle pouch to hold the trauma shears as well, Quik clot gauze and the NAR ARS.Overall, for MOST circumstances, you can get by with this kit until EMS or a corpsman can get to you whether it be in combat or on the highway. Everything that is included is real and not some Chinese knockoff, so you can be confident in the product you are receiving. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Could be better
So this ifak is pretty basic with bleeding control supplies. The one main thing it’s missing would be some quick clot in some fashion. I also added extra gloves, alcohol wipes, quick clot, band aids and buttery flys, a suture kit, eye pads and saline for wound wash/eye trauma. Maybe cost me $40 more for the extra stuff I threw in. The rip away bag is pretty standard for an ifak, plenty of room for adding to it if you need to, and you will. I however did not use the rip away that came with the kit and reused mine as I like the layout of it better. All in all it will get you through the day on your camping trip or back down in the sewer during civil war

Ok but not worth 100$.
This is an adequate first aide kit but I added a lot to it to make it what it should have been. A lot of band aides and sterile wipes. Two good compression bandages and one combat bandage. It was on sale for 100 and some change and I feel like I paid too much. You can build one for yourself that’s better suited.

Great value for the skill level products
Definitely a great value for the skilled product level. We added a few things which made it extremely tight. But I would buy it again for the value.
