These Bio-D-Mulsion Forte Vit D 3 drops are what finally brought my Vitamin D Levels from very low for many years to normal. The naturopathic care provider told me to take 5 drops a day. I used to put it in my Ultra Clear smoothly drink but now I don't make a protein/vitamin/mineral drink so I put the 5 drops into a little bit of water in a tiny sake cup, mix it up with a spoon and drink fast. If any is left just add a little more water, mix and drink. I guess you could say it has a tiny bit of a chalky flavor. That gave me a fantastic idea. From now on, I will add Vit D drops to my Meta Mucil powder that I recently started taking daily. I mix Meta Mucil in a cup of water every morning for regularity, and from now on, I will add the Vit D drops. That will blend to taste like tang in the morning. Otherwise, put in a little juice, stir up good, and drink fast.The reason my Vitamin D levels were so low (several years ago, I asked my MD to test Vitamin D levels along with the regular blood testing everyone should get yearly) and my Vitamin D level was so low because I mostly avoid the sun ever since I had malignant melanoma skin cancer removed. If you are outside in the sun daily where the sun reaches your skin, you will probably have normal Vitamin D levels. I realized that I have to ask for them to check Vitamin D as it is not in the normal panel of blood tests done routinely on an annual basis or more if people are very high in their Cholesterol, Blood Sugar, thyroid, etc.

I have been using this D for many years. I am a Health and Wellness Coach and I have always recommend this one. I wouldn't recommend a product unless I know firsthand that it works. Years ago, I had my blood drawn and was told it was low in D. I didn't want the processed that the doctor recommended but took this one. I then went to the doctor two weeks later, and my D was way up there. I use Energy Balance Testing to check my D and all my Vitamin Spots and it works.

My D level was 17. Took this for a few months and it rose to 54!
