Solid tripod style bench. I had a cheap fid bench for my gym, upgraded to this bench, Built like a tank while not weighing as much as one. I don't get why some benches weigh over a hundred pounds, I digress.If you are looking for an IPF style bench, this is a great option.

This bench is probably decent but my experience was terrible. I like the design because it was similar to the rep fitness bench that I wanted, but it was on back order. I received the bells of steel bench quickly and assembly was easy. But the frame was slightly bent and not stable so I did a return. I sent the bench via UPS on 10/19/22 and today is 11/12/22 and they still have not processed my refund. I’ll never buy another product from bells of steel again.

Although I use mine for my own personal home gym I believe that the overall quality of this can be used for commercial gyms as well. It's really built that well. I would rate it as heavy duty and then a little on top of that. Quite impressive.In addition to being an excellent quality workout bench it comes with pretty much everything you need to assemble it and I found the instructions to be reasonably straightforward. In my opinion if you're setting up your own gym this is a must have. I'll give it a full five star rating and highly recommend it.

Such a great bench! I do feel as though the instructions could have been broken up into steps and descriptions of each piece because you can’t see everything and understand everything in one picture honestly, although I was able to guess by how many screws were included. I didn’t realize either that you need to have the tools as well to install it and you can’t use your hands because it requires them for security of the piece and I wish it was stated otherwise but overall, this is a super high quality bench. Perfect high for box jumps and hip thrust.

Box was all torn up and smashed. The sides of the box had the edges of the feet sticking out. There’s scratches all along the sides of the legs and posts from running and scratching through transit. The whole padded bench piece was bent cause I’m asking something heavy was resting on the box before or during transport. I had a hard time attaching the screws to the base of the frame due to this fact.The bench itself seems nice. However the single leg post where you sit is very wobbly. I almost tipped over when i sat on it to start my bench set. Be very mindful of this cause it’s a safety hazard. The plate on the bottom of the single post should definitely be wider with a heavier base. The entire bench itself is very light. Like it feels like the bench weighs 15 lbs. its almost entirely pointless for the bench to even need wheels. Male or female could easily pick up this bench and move it around.The single post requires a wrench to install since the hand grip portion is blocking access to the bolt with a socket wrench.All in all this bench is decent. But In my option not worth 200 dollars. I’d say it’s worth 150 at best. It was also delivered to me via usps. That shows how light it is. Might return this bench simply cause the safety issue of it falling over. Might keep it and add a wide base to it myself. We’ll see how the next couple weeks go with this bench.

It looks just like it does in the picture. The thick pad should be easier on my back. It's plenty sturdy. I really appreciate the seller sending it to my bush village in the middle of no where Alaska.

I’ve been using it for over a year now. It’s comfy to lay on and I love it. It’s also the sturdiest bench I’ve ever seen. The wheels and handle are very nice for easy movement. You can’t wrong with it if you’re looking for a flat bench.
