Mxmoonant 1/2 ton Electric Hoist with Remote 220 Volt Electric Winch Portable 25ft 1100lb Three Control Methods

It has not and probably will never be pressed into heavy or frequent duty but so far it has been money well spent to hoist scaffolding sections up, a 14 ft plank and other equipment. The only con I see is the control cable as it comes out the connector hooked up to the body of the hoist, is already pulling out and may soon fray for lack of a rubber sleeve or other kind of protection at that critical stressfull point.I'd say the noise level is low. The option of wireless control and handle control is nifty but I went with the long 25' control cable and switch. It wasn't fully evident to me how justifiable this purchas was 'till I put it to work. I fully recommend. Time will tell about its endurance.

Works like a champ wish I had bought this years ago sure would have saved a lot of hassle in previous projects.

First use Remote Control cable connection breaks then unit pops breaker as soon as any load over a few hundred pounds is applied. Won’t come close to hoisting or even pulling the advertised weight. Extremely disappointed!

No machine work great for about 20 minutes and then it broke

Nice Hoist and Very Heavy Duty

The size of this lends it to some really useful jobs. After some reinforcement, I intend to mount this in the ceiling of my garage for occasional engine removal or to hold up my lawnmower for maintenance. But this would serve well in many environments. For instance, most tractor tires are around 500 lbs, putting them well within the capability of this hoist. I could see this being used on farms, in garages, nearly anywhere. And the wireless remote means you don't have to stand under the object to be lifted while you're moving it. Very nice.If I had to gripe about something...I'm not a big fan of the blue color. It's meaningless, I know, but...I would prefer an industrial grey or black or something for a winch. Even Industrial yellow or orange, if visibility is a concern. Just not a fan of the blue. Just my 2 cents, lol. But it certainly doesn't affect anything.If you need a light duty hoist, this is really nice for less than $300.
