Having problems changing the time zone. dst flashes but the time zone remains at e and i need c. now what?

To change the time zone, press and hold the "+ 12/24" button on the back of the clock for approximately 4 seconds. This will change the time zone to the next time zone. If this is not your time zone, press and hold it 4 seconds again. Repeat until your time zone is displayed.

The date, time, day, time zone, etc. are correct on my clock, but am and pm are not. how do i change it?

Push the mode button on the front... the hour starts flash, and with back buttons put the right time.. let say 7, and 12/24 button press and move until am or pm comes, than back to mode ( on the front) and press, it flash, and use up or down button on the back till right time, in this case 7pm come...

does it support any time zone or just USA time zone?

Ours had only USA time zone options.

I cannot figure out how to change the month / date / day. I have presses and held the mode button to change the time but it does not scroll to month?

The directions do work. One note though, when you are through setting the approximate time (the time before the unit syncs up with the atomic clock broadcast signal) press the mode button (the left most silver button on the front) directly in the middle of it until the date section starts blinking. Sometimes the mode button pressed on the sides doesn't assert the next function. This is a great clock-give it chance.
