I am always trying new supplements and this new Smart Energy is by far my favorite all around energy supplement. I use it for many different occasions,here are some of the ways I use it that seem to help me the most:1. Coffee replacement in the morning. Instead of drinking coffee I just drink a large glass of water with 1-2 capsules. This picks me up and by the time I get out of the shower I am wide awake, but not jittery like I normally am with coffee.2. If I am getting drowsy at work in the afternoon I take 1 capsule around 1:00pm. This keeps me awake the rest of the day until I get out of work. It also does not affect me when I am trying to fall asleep later at night.3. Before the gym I used to take all different types of pre workout drinks. I just keep a bottle of smart energy in my locker and take 1 capsule before I workout. It keeps me laser focused and my heart rate doesn't accelerate like it does when i take preworkout.All in all compared to other energy supplements, the focus and non-jitteriness is what really makes me love this supplement. I wasn't sure if the reviews lived up to the hype, but I was trying to quit drinking coffee mainly to avoid wanting to consume suger in my diet. The amount of energy I get from taking two of these in the morning and one more pill in the early afternoon is astonishing. I don't get any sort of jitters or any sort of crashes that I did with coffee/sugar combine I was doing before I purchased these. I'm happy that I no longer need to depend on coffee and sugar no more to get past my mornings for either work or studying.My productive levels are definitely noticeable higher and I started to notice it easily on my first and second day and I am currently a week in now using this product. This is great for getting caffine. Very mild and works well. I took it to my doctor and he said that the amount of caffine in each pill was the equivalent of a cup of strong coffee, so I take one in the morning and then one after lunch. It gives me enough energy so I can get through the day, but doesn't keep me up at night. I used to drink one 5-hour energy every day but that made me shaky and I had trouble sleeping - this is much better! I would recommend this product.

I've been using Smart Energy for about 2 weeks and I'm really liking its effects. I'm in grad school and definitely a not a morning person but this definitely helps wake me up and focus for my morning classes. I started using it because I'm trying to drink less coffee (to avoid my painfully exorbitant Starbucks bill, and save me from teeth staining). I've only been using it for a few days, but so far it's worked really well. It doesn't give you jitters. I haven't noticed any crash like you might get with caffeine. I also like that the dosage has options. You can take one or two pills depending on what works for you and you can also take it again later in the day in needed. The fact that it's not rediculously priced is also a big plus.
