Great for the price
I ordered the 4 pack of bulbs and was able to install 3 as the 4th one was not working. It wasn't damaged at all. I got onto seller, sent them an email and they responded swiftly within 24 hours. They couldn't replace as I was in Ireland but they offered full refund so I could reorder. I have to say top marks for promptness and a speedy resolve. The bulbs are fab by the way so easy to install with the smart life app and integrate seamlessly with Alexa.

Easy setup with Alexa
Being able to have white light and mood colour lighting is a good point. Golf ball size fits in many ceiling mounted lights all round the house.

Smart bulbs
These smart bulbs are excellent as you can set the mood of your home in any colour if you want, or have a warm white light or cool white light and you can set it up with a Alexa echo, dot, pop or Google home nest. Then you can activate your lights with your voice. Absolutely brilliant. For example “ Talk to your Alexa or Google first then “ kitchen bulb on or off, living bulb on or off and so on with the rest of your rooms. I got these Smart bulbs on a Black Friday deal. So Create a nice mood in your home for Christmas. Recommend the smart bulbs. I’m very happy with this product. Thank you for your service and thank you for reading this review.

Great bulbs
These are very good bulbs . They are smaller than normal bulbs . Which is good in my case as they needed to fit inside a light fitting . They are not quite as bright as the bigger ones . But close too it . I use them with the tcp app but they work with a couple of different apps . I also use these with Samsung smartthings app , which is linked to action tiles for my smart home control . Great value and so easy to set up , unlikeOthers that required me to change settings on my router!!

Would not connect with Alexa!
These bulbs are a good price but was unable to connect to Alexa. Also, could not use without first signing up to a lifetime subscription costing £14.99. Had to download Smart Life App and control the bulb with this. So bulbs ended up being expensive!!

Connected up and I can turn on light when I leave work, so not going into a dark room
