Artesa 2-Tier Serving Stand/Cake Dome, 22 x 31 cm & Mini Butter, Glass, 9 x 9.5 cm

I ordered this to contain the smell of the strong cheeses I like (blue's / red's). At £36 the price represents amazing quality for the price. Some assembly is required, but easy enough (screwdriver + washers for the stand).The glass bell is a good weight and visually good glass.The stand has a nice 'iron' effect and the wood + slate bases are really brilliant.Overall, I'm amazed at how affordable this stand is and the quality of it. Cannot recommend enough !

Bought two of these to display my Games Workshop figures and I'm very happy with the results, although my photo doesn't really do it justice. These stands are sturdy with heavy glass domes. The centre spindle was damaged on one on delivery, but Amazon were very quick at replacing it...collected the damaged one the very next morning and the new one arrived the same afternoon.

Love this product but I may try to put an O-ring or something on the base of the glass as it’s quite delicate, I would still buy another as it’s really nice.

The wooden base was broken when taken out of the packaging.

It’s coming without one part, bolt I think, can’t fixed

Initially I was happy to find this as it’s the perfect size to protect my antique thread caddy. However upon unpacking it I found the rim of the wooden base was broken and the missing piece wasn't anywhere in the wrapping so I can’t mend it. It’s just too much trouble to pack it all back up to return it so I will keep it and since I’m using it as a display cover and wont be taking it on and off I can live with it. But still, would have preferred it without damage.Also as can be seen in the photo there are tiny speckles all over the glass and they wont come off with gentle cleaning.So all in all it’s just ok, does what I need it for but for the price would have hoped the quality was better.PS- The two tier slate stand is cute, no issues there. I’ll find a use for it.

1. The glass dome is made of thick glass, and it's easy to clean, the top grip makes the dome easy to handle.2. The cake stand was easy to assemble, the natural materials used serve well.3. The wooden base I received was warped (I believe the remaining bearer material is too thin), therefore it rocks each time it was handled. I discovered this after unpacking/assembling and disposal of packaging. I was not able to order a replacement base, as Artesa do not sell/provide replacement parts. I have had to put felt feet under the raised parts of the base to stop it rocking which is far from ideal with regards to hygiene. NOTE: The base was not subjected to any moisture before this discovery.4. Overall the product looks rustic, and is very functional.
