Can I apply it to metal?

Does not stick to metal it peels off in thin layer pour it thick it might work have to be very clean

Does this seal well over acrylic paint or contact paper?

paint yes, contact paper? didn't try it.

Can i apply this over a paint primer (over granite) or do i need to only stain the epoxy and avoid primer? thank you.

Either way. But you will need to lightly sand the granite to give it a tooth for the primer or epoxy to bond to.
