I honestly like this product a lot I’ve been having problems with my cycle for years and I always go the natural way regulating my period . I came across this and it worked I can have my period for months and it will never go off I order this 10/03/2021 and I started taking it 10/04/2021 I have a little circle strainer that I hang on my mug that I ordered from Amazon and I put the little circles of chaste berry tea into it and hang the little thing on my cup, I use 1 tsp scoop then I go back in and scoop just a little bit more not to full the whole tsp scooper then I put it in the strainer , then I let is sit in my cup for 10 min take it out and let it cool down and sip on it I actually do this two times a day one in the morning and one at night and believe it or not my period went off 10/10/2021 so I was on my period for like 6 days and I’m not complaining because that beats a month I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes for my next cycle maybe tomorrow when I take my tea I’ll make a video and post how I do it on here I honestly know what it feels like to have a imbalance period and if I can help anyone out from my experience that just makes me happy :)

Like say nothing wrong

I drank this for 3 days and I believe it raised my blood pressure. The only other thing I took with it was a Once Daily Booster from Life Extension and Astaxanthin. I believe the tea is the culprit in raising my blood pressure. I am going thru menopause and bought this to get rid of night sweats but when my blood pressure soared to 149/83 I stopped taking it. Black Cohosh also raises my bp. Did it raise anyone else’s blood pressure
