I have not seen where it made a difference but I’ll try them
I use them on catfish I do not see how they would work unless it was rough and the end of the rod was bouncing they would not rattle on a straight drift but I get sideways to drift and when it’s rough my rods to bounce up and down that’s the only time I could see where it might make a difference

Haven’t seen a difference in using them.
I’ve been using these for the last few months trolling for catfish. I haven’t seen a difference in catching more fish while using them. I’ve used 3 rods with them and 3 rods without them at the same time and haven’t seen where the rods with them got hit more than the ones without.
