Can’t recommend
The gel packs freeze solid and are extremely uncomfortable / not malleable. Dig into head if you try to lay down. Very disappointing especially given the price.

Not medical gel
I suffer from chronic migraine and am appalled at this product. They claim it is malleable medical grade gel.IT IS NOT.See the video. I’m repeatedly pressing on the ice packs and they’re completely solid. No one wants compressed ice cubes pushing into their face and head when they’re in pain. Shame on this company. Do better.

Feels so much better
I normally would have to fill a storage bag with ice in order to get an ice pack on my face when I'm having a migraine, headache or even sinus pressure. However, unlike that storage bag, I no longer have to worry about water leaking out with this ice pack mask. Not to mention, I'm able to adjust this to where I'm having pain and keep the ice pack on. Even with moving around while laying down, this mask stays on without moving around and causing me to move it. While it does get really cold, the covering that holds the ice pack, helps prevent the ice pack itself from touching my face. What I love about this mask is its fully washable and the ice pack is fully removeable. Really comfortable to wear and really helps with any pain.

It advertises that it's tight & they were right.
I bought this because I've had migraines since high school (I'm70 now, so that's a lot of time for having so much pain). Honestly, I had difficulty putting it on (so tight) & I put it on just after taking it out of the freezer. I'd advise waiting for the gel packs to get softer to pull this thing on. The ice is wonderful!

it isn`t comfortable because it works
when I 1st put it on it`s ice cold so comfort isn`t really what it does but 3-5 minutes later when my head feels better I`m much happier. I had a AVM a year ago and massive migraine style headaches since. This helps. it`s not a cure but it really helps. The extreme cold is for about 10 minutes then it`s not as intense but it`s good for another 20 minutes or so before I take it off and toss it back in the freezer. Yes I would recommend it
