KABB Day Clock Digital Calendar Alarm Elderly Extra Large Desk Clock with 5 Daily Alarms & 3 Medicine Reminder

This is a nice display and I like that it has the day of the week and date as well as time clearly visible. However, the directions don't really explain how to set it up and use it very well. You can set medication reminders that clearly state what the reminder is for, which is nice. I was hoping that I could set custom messages to help remind my grandma to take her dog out and about other events, but I don't think there is a way to do it. I've read that you can set custom video messages for certain times with an SD card. The instructions are not too clear about how to do that and it requires extra steps to have that custom "message." I may try to do this to remind her. I wish there was an easier way.

I love this clock already. Finally a clock I can SEE!. There are even extra features on the clock that I did not even know were available. Features like being able to have your own music play for an alarm or even have a photo appear when the alarm goes off. Better than putting a picture of the body I want on the fridge. Now this clock can motivate me in the morning to get up and go to the gym with a picture of the body I want as an alarm! I highly recommend this clock. Not only are the features an extra perk, but like I stated before, a clock I can see. When I walk in the house the clock is right there with bright, bold, and large numbers and letters. When the package arrived, and as you can see in the pictures, the packaging was excellent to make sure the clock arrives to you in perfect condition. Thank you for the great product that I am sure will last for years.

As a reminder clock for day of week, whether it is morning or afternoon, and 3 medication reminders, I would give 5 stars. Great for my mother with dementia.However for the 5 customized alarms I would give 0 stars. I CANNOT get them to work. I want one that says "eat your lunch". Screen comes up either black or unreadable, depending on how large I make the jpeg. Directions are nearly worthless and there is no website to go to for help. Yes I made the file folder name alarm01 and the jpeg name alarm01 as well.I ordered two clocks, one for the living room and one for the kitchen, It I cannot get the customized alarms to work one will be returned because it can't be used for the reason I purchased it.

Generally a good product, and my elderly aunt loves it.Several details could be improved. As a clock targeted toward the elderly, it does not have an automatic daylight savings time function. Also, battery backup is not clear as it is not mentioned in the manual and there is apparently no backup battery compartment. However, it came out of the box running at the correct time. Don't know if it is automatically setting itself ('atomic clock'? not mentioned in manual).White clock had a black cord, which stands out when hanging on wall. Also, the cord is offset from centerline, causing the clock to tilt when hung (only one hanging point in center).

This clock is fantastic! It is very easy to see and use. I love the fact that it can be used as not only a clock but a digital photo frame. It can be mounted on the wall or freestanding.The alarms a loud enough to hear without any trouble and the medicine reminders are very handy. The clock has a bunch of different language options if that is something you are interested in. The brightness can be adjusted for day and night and will automatically switch between the two.The best feature of this unit is the ability to use it as a digital photo frame. If you put photos on a standard size SD card you can have this clock automatically scroll through them. It adds a lot of charm to it and was a really nice bonus. All in all I was fairly impressed with this clock and would recommend it to anyone else who may be looking for one.

I like the clock but it stopped on a date and time but the light was still lit and the menu button also stopped working. I unplugged it to return but decided to plug it in again to see if that would do something and the time corrected itself.

I purchased this clock from Amazon. I love this clock. I purchased this clock for my brother who has Multiple Sclerosis. Because of his health issues, he has a very bad memory and is always asking what day it is. This clock is perfect for him. The letters and numbers are big enough to read easily. This clock shows you the day of the week, the time and the date. This clock also has an alarm that you can set for several times during the course of the day. It also has a dimmer. This clock also has a battery backup. I think this clock was priced average. I love the clock and I would recommend it for seniors or anyone with memory issues.

It is critical with a clock used to help the elderly that the items actually WORK properly. This clock at least once a month just stops working, even though it is plugged it. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it back in operating condition. I would not recommend this item. The idea behind a clock with multiple daily timers is excellent, but its performance is poor IMO.
