Not using it for ice fishing, but I like it!
Since I am not using this for ice fishing, I won't give it 5 stars ... but as an easy-to-use general shelter it seems very good to me. It comes with 4 metal screw-in anchors for ice, and a generous bottom skirt all around which I presume is for piling on ice and snow for a good seal to the ice.I bought this tent as auxiliary space for a small A-frame camper. On my first trip, it was set up for 6 days and nights. We had occasionally strong winds, with gusts to 35mph, some very light rain, and a low overnight temperature of 26 F ... it held up well, but had a tendency to topple in strong wind, so I supplemented the four included anchor points with a stake and short guy rope at the center point of each sidewall ... no more problems.I am 5' 8" and could stand easily. It is roomy enough for two adults to use as a dining and changing shelter but more than 3 camp chairs would be very tight quarters. The fabric is quite water-repellent and wind-resistant. I did not use the windows, but noticed they have a combination of clear material and screens, and both are removable. It is very easy to set up. Basically, you lay it on the ground, remove the tie straps, and give it a nudge. As the wall sections unfold, you grab the center tab of each wall and pull until the wall pops into shape, then go inside and push up on the center of the top wall. If you stake down one corner first, it is easy to do solo. To collapse, leave one corner staked and push inward at the center of each wall, then the top. Then with the tent flattened, match up the corners and fold the whole tent inward in half and the umbrella-like sections do the rest ... no need to force it.When folded and in its carry bag, it is about 6 inches square by 5 feet long and fits snugly on my camper's rear bumper, between the spare tire and rear wall, with a couple of bungies to hold it in place.I like it. I will use it on every trip of more than one night, primarily for storage or outdoor dining in inclement weather.

Nice solution for cold winters
I set this up as an indoor tent to contain my desk and chair in my uninsulated warehouse. Heating just the air inside this tent is much cheaper than the entire warehouse. It is not insulated, but it will retain the heat. There are actual insulated units that look like they have a quilt on their side.

It’s fine....
Took it out for its maiden voyage this morning. Set up was quick, self explanatory. Came with 4 stakes and some rope. Got screwed down to the ice. The Wind started blowing. I had to reposition one of the corner ice screws to use string a a guide wire to keep it from folding up on itself. After 6 hours of ice fishing. 2 of the hold down eyelets tore off, and one of the ice screws is bent and won’t be usable again. I should have bought some extra ice screws to help hold it better. Live and learn.

Perfect
I have been using this as an enclosures for my inflatable hot tub and it has exceeded expectations in terms of staying up during wind and rain storms.

Ease of use
Pleasantly surprised at the ease of setting tent up. This is very important when ice fishing.
