It doesn't mention corn in the ingredients.

Where are your ingredients sourced and products produced?

Direct your question to the manufacturer.

How long before you noticed it was helping assuming it did help?

Hey Nancy It does work however I have used it for a very long time and just can’t tell you how many days/weeks it took to notice.

Does this work right away or does it take time to work?

I use the 100 mg. I feel that it acts fairly soon. Try the 50mg and if it isn't enough try the 100mg. If it is for depression, you might use 500 mg St John's Wort 2 times day with the 5HTP. The 5HTP relaxes you but I could not take in the daytime after I had taken it for a while because it made me sleepy. It does work well at night. Try on the weekend. Hope this helps.
