Terrible. Worst customer service possible.

Q: Do these ever go on sale out of season? Can I get one that was returned without problems?

I see that many are on sale now, but after Thanksgiving they are full price. I liked my pop-up tree so much that I purchased another one for my office. A few weeks later, a week before Christmas, I tried to purchase one for a friend who was tired of dealing with larger, heavier trees, and every online retailer was sold out!

A pin into the pole, holds it. It is a super light tree. Not heavy

Q: If I order on the 15th? How will it be delivered by the 21st?

That is up to the seller and the delivery service. I received mine in like 4 days.
