I have 3c curls with more frizz than is fair for one person. I color my hair which is going white, so it is frizzy, color treated, dry, long, and prone to breakage. I had stopped using any heat on it because I wanted it long, but I missed being able to relax my curls/frizz sometimes. When I flat iron my hair, it starts curling as soon as ANY moisture gets near me. With this flat iron, my hair doesn't feel fried, doesn't feel dry, and doesn't frizz back up. My hair stays slick, straight, and silky until I wash it. I am amazed, happy, and in love with this product - any my hair again! The control doesn't get in my way, I have not had problems with the placement of the control. I also love the locking feature. The clips that come with it are the next level also. This is definitely my happiest purchase this year. Oh, and it is beautiful/ cute to look at.

If you need a backup flatiron than this is the one for you. It doesn’t work as well as a revlon flat iron, but it does the job if you the patience. It did fall apart in less than 3 months, but I was able to put it back together and it seems to be still working. The heat is not as hot as it says, because my hair doesn’t curl or straighten as I’d like it too. It does work, but you may have to wait a bit for it to reheat the temp you need for the curl or straight style you need. I’m currently still using it because I’m broke and it works okay. Like I said it would be a good backup if your “go to” flatiron breaks or you need something on vacations.

I really like this product, but the temp reading in the display is very difficult to read. Dark blue against black is not a good color combo. I'm going to get a sharpie and mark the number on the side so I can go by it instead of the number in the window.

The only thing I don’t like is where the on/off button is. When you are using it you will always hit the button so it turns off. But other than that it heats up fast and I take less time to get my hair done. I have super thick hair so it usually takes 3 to 4 times of running it over my hair before it straight with the straightener one time done

I don’t like that it doesn’t beep when it has reach the heated degree mark as chosen.,and the switch bottom is in the wrong place ,Cause when you’re holding it in the palm of your hand your palm hits the button and it turns it off so this to me is not good I may just return this item asleep and beautiful as it looks how are you supposed to do your hair if your palm turns the device off when you’re using it the manufacturer should look into this.
