So I purchased this item a little while ago and I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. The material is nice and well put together but I have noticed some problems with the function. I have a Magic Keyboard and once I put the case on my iPad and attached it to the keyboard it was fine at first but slowly I am starting to notice that some functions wont work. I have to detach it and re attach it a couple times throughout the day when I’m using it because it doesn’t allow me to 2 finger scroll through pages. Im not sure if mine is faulty or what the problem might be but I would like to see if this could be improved in a 2.0 version or something of that sort. Aside from that it is a great product and function wise makes a lot of sense but thats the technical problem I’ve ran in to

Received today, used for 20 mins and will be returning.The material is very cheap and thought I am paying Apple Premium for the smart connector but iPad will give you 'Accessory may not be supported' error once woke up from sleep mode.Your magic keyboard will stop working from that point.iPad doesn't even fit and doesn't secure your iPad at all.

Power port slot to small to accommodate C plug and broke within a couple weeks, hard to access volume control buttons. Hard to access stylus. Produced with a substandard plastic, basically an overpriced stylus holder.

This case has no protection at all ! It’s very cheaply made. And when I tried to return it because it was not what I was expecting. Returns are not allowed.

I ordered this because the concept is beautiful and it works seamlessly with my iPad Pro 12.9. I love that it has the Apple Pencil slot also. The problem is the plastic around the volume and power buttons snap almost instantly when you get it. Literally putting it on once as gently as you can snaps the plastic. My first one cracked there shortly after getting it and then in multiple other areas until I decided to reorder it. The second case came and the plastic snapped right out of the box so I returned it. I got this, my third replacement and just a few weeks in, you guessed it, multiple broken pieces of plastic and the magic keyboard wont even connect and iPad wont charge when this is on. My iPad literally sits in one place all day with zero abuse. Absolute trash and rubbish. I will never purchase another case from this company
