My fiance suffers with anxiety high stress with family history of thyroid issues and prediabetes.Purchased this in early April and fiance has been taking one capsule every day. Noticed changes after 3 days of use no more panic attacks the stress level is down blood sugar is in normal range anxiety still comes and goes but is much much better and will be going in next month for another thyroid test to see how the levels are strong feeling they'll show that is improved.

From Day 1, this has help me a lot with sleep. Not so much getting to sleep, i didn't have a problem with that. This helps me to stay asleep more than before. It has also helped me with relaxing during the day. I don't feel as anxious as i used to.

It can be confusing determining how much product you're getting for your money, due to the variable extraction processes and rates.
