The reason for the purchase of this scale is quite simple, it’s much bigger and that allows me to put larger packages on it without a lot of overhang. The scale was already calibrated so all I had to do was screw on the feet by hand. It comes with a large orange sticker that’s supposed to stay in place but mine had a crease so I decided to remove it. Unfortunately for me, the adhesive was very strong so part of it came off and other parts did not. Through a lot of effort I was able to clean everything it up and now I have a scale with a nice clean look. The display is a good size and quite easy to read. And finally, the scale does have the option to count the number of pieces placed on the scale. I don’t have a need for that function but I did try it out and it does work. Overall, I am quite happy with this scale and look forward to using it for many years to come. If you’re looking for a scale I would highly recommend this one, especially for resellers who ship out a steady stream of packages,

I use the scale to ship products to my customers. The only reason I give this item 4 stars is because of the short, very short cord it comes with. Other than that, it's an excellent product.

I bought this to accurately figure shipping rates for my handmade bowl making business. The size is great, the set up was simple, and the display is bright and easily mounted for best visibility. Works as well as they describe.

If you don't tare the scale often, it will drift by 3-5oz over time. I put an item on the scale, and the weight changed by 5 oz after sitting for a few hours, and zero was now negative 5oz. My smaller scale stayed spot on.The buttons on the controls have a dark gray ink on the black buttons and are impossible to read.The scale wobbles on a table due to the design of the feet.With the zero drift, I don't feel I can trust the weight, so it is going back.

I'm reviewing the Bonvoisin Postal Scale.I'm extremely impressed with this scale. It can weigh just about any size object you can get on top of it. Seriously! Up to 660#. I can't imagine how I could get something that heavy on it, but for heavy packages, packed suitcases, and just about anything else you can think of, this is a great scale.I like how the display is on a cable and can be positioned anywhere you prefer, so if the object you're weighing is larger than the scale's platform, it can overhang quite a bit and you'll still easily be able to read the weight.One feature that would come in very handy at times is the counting function. A scale that counts! Amazing. You just place a known quantity of objects on the scale, press a button, and now you can put however many of those objects you want on the scale and it will give you the quantity. Yes, I know that's not third semester calculus; you could just write down the weight of the known sample, then weigh the unknown quantity and do the division, but how much simpler is this?!A great scale at a great price. This scale is great! First off I love that it stores compactly when not in use. All the pieces go into a compartment on the back which is so handy. Another great feature is that it can be plugged in or operated with batteries. Both the power adapter AND batteries are included! Both store neatly into the compartment on the back. The display connects by a cord so you have the flexibility to have the display screen some distance from the scale. The scale is large so it easily fits packages of many sizes.This scale has the capacity to display many different means of measurement. It can do metric or english and it can be set for the range of weight you're expecting. The buttons are clearly labeled and easy to operate.The feet unscrew easily and store compactly. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The scale is quite accurate as well. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't auto turn off after any period of inactivity. I often forget to turn it off so this is a pain for me but overall this scale is excellent.

The scale was easy to assemble. I cannot get it to switch between high precision (330 lb) and large capacity modes (660 lb). It does easily switch between oz, lb and kg. The tare function works well. The plug-in adapter cuts in and out - very poor connection and unreliable. I chose this scale because of its 5 star rating. Definitely not a 5 star scale.
