PALEOETHICS Clean Protein, Vanilla, 1.35 Pound Cannister

I prefer Vanilla protein shakes because I can change up the flavors, where as with Chocolate you have to find something that mixes with chocolate. (I love to use cold early gray tea, a splash of vanilla almond milk, and some ice. Delicious way to start the day!) My best friend loves the Paleoethics chocolate, so we both decided to give the vanilla a try. That was a mistake. It has this awkward sweet yet rancid flavor to it. I'm having trouble forcing myself to drink this, and I haven't been able to find any added ingredients to cover up the flavor. My best friend said the same thing. After having Shakeology Vanilla, nothing will compare, but this was the worst out of all of the substitutes I've tried.

I have been using this protein for a few years now, it is much better than other proteins as it's contents do not include a lot of carbs, and since I mix mine into a smoothy with vitamin adding my fresh garden veggies and some blue berries taste is not an issue. If you are serious about needing protein in your daily diet look no more this is all you need.

I have been using this for close to a near and I live the stuff. I take it after every WOD and I continue to get stronger while I am slowly dropping weight.The users are correct that mixing it can be tough, even in a blender bottle. The best method I have found is to put hot warm in, then the powder and shake well right away. The mixture still maintains it consisancy after it cools down. You can even put it in the fridge over night if you want it cold.

I ordered the vanilla protein powder to go into a cheesecake recipe...opened the canister to put a scoop into the recipe..they sent me strawberry. Now that I've opened it, I can't return it...and now I spent $40 on protein powder that I don't really like...because I only like chocolate and vanilla.I put two stars because it's actually rather chalky, tried it in a smoothie (strawberries, spinach, chocolate milk, black coffee, and this protein powder - with chocolate protein powder, this tastes fantastic!).

This “is” the cleanest protein powder on the market today!! Has all necessary amino acids without the grainy taste. Plus, with vanilla you can change the flavor to your liking, fruity, greens, chocolate, etc.

The taste was a lil off at first compared to other vanilla products. The powder is very fluffy so shaking it in bottle is sometimes difficult. Overall love having it after my workouts.

Great protein mix for a price that’s a bit expensive. I found the protein easy to mix into liquids and the flavor wasn’t half bad.

Taste is not great, but not terrible. The best part is that it does not bloat me up like whey.

I love this protein powder. I recently switched to something less expensive (Natural Factors Whey Factors Double Chocolate), but it hurts my stomach and it tastes terrible (despite somehow having super strong reviews on many sites). I want to switch back to this (specifically the chocolate flavored super serum), but my hesitation is that it is very expensive for only 400g. I am willing to pay more for a quality product, but I wish Paleoethics would release this protein powder in a larger size. I can't justify having to buy a whole new package every 2 weeks (I have one scoop a day as part of a breakfast shake); there are essentially only 16 servings per bag. That means spending $100 a month (more if you buy it directly from a store), which is pretty exorbitant.I also wish that the powder came in a tub instead of the current packaging, because once you get towards the bottom, it becomes a bit difficult to scoop without getting powder all over your hands (thereby wasting it).But size, packaging, and cost are my only concerns; if you have the money, this powder is excellent!

This is by far my favorite protein! I prefer the chocolate flavor and generally mix it with Almond milk & a banana in the morning! I have allergies to dairy, soy, pea, wheat, etc and this is the only protein that works for me! (Thank goodness I'm not a vegetarian eh? lol)

I thought I ordered the chocolate flavor but I received the vanilla one and this is probably my mistake. It tastes very bad. Also they use Purolator which is the worse shipping company for me because if you miss the delivery they won't leave any note and leave your box in the further location possible - it happened with this and other products. Positive note: it does't bloat stomach like the whey powder.

Hard to find a beef protein in Canada. Like the vanilla flavor, tastes great in a smoothie mixed with a few berries, mixes well and it provides energy to get through the morning.

Good source of non-heme protein if need added for training or general nutrition
