Although the description doesn't say it, this was the correct size for a '93 Dodge Ram 250 5.9 Cummins at the top of the fuel filter/water separator. It's a 12mm x 1.5 male thread and 1/8" NPT female. It's nice that it comes with the crush washers. Worked great for adding a fuel pressure gauge to my truck. Torque it to 18 ft. lbs. max like the instructions say so you don't snap it in half like some people do.

I needed this with 12mm-1.5 thread to fit a 1959 Mercedes with fuel injection so I could connect a vacuum gauge in line. The more common 12mm banjo fitting thread nowadays is 12mm-1.25, which would not fit my application. Can't say how this works for the advertised Cummins diesel use, but it worked in my case. Nicely made, came with 2 copper washers.

Was a easy install and everything went well. I would recommend this to anyone. Make sure you don't over tighten.

Gave me a point to screw in a Ford style shrader valve to measure fuel pressure from. Dodge is a cheap company that doesn't care to build into their product much of anything that will benefit the customer in the long run

Perfect fit for the oil outlet to turbo on my 2012 Audi A4. Made easy work of adding an oil pressure gauge.

Nice zinc plating and not full of burrs. Quality is good and threads appear correct. I haven't installed it yet but my 1/8-27 npt tap threads nicely into the female side. Haven't checked the 12x1.5mm male side but hoping that's correct also. Update: everything is good!!
