Did not come with a little bag
It did not come with a little cute personality bag. False advertising, I did not get what I paid for. I have messaged them twice and have yet to get an answer.

Great quality!
I ordered it a while ago and it’s still great quality! Sizes are a little small so I suggest ordering one size bigger just in case :)

TOO Small, Shipping TERRIBLE
Shipping time was several week longer than originally stated and the XL sweatshirt was more like a M. Plus, the little pack in the front has straps so short they barely wrap around your arm, much less your torso.

Comfortable
Great arrival time and was the perfect fit. I bought it for my daughter and she absolutely loves it

Hoodie too small -- Size chart is off
Don't like that the size chart is way off. I purchased a Large for a Medium size teen -- she's really petit and this hoodie was supposed to be roomy. Turned out too small and tight. Return is also $15 since it's third party from California to NJ - NEVER buying hoodies from this vendor.

Poor quality control
My daughter ordered this and the first one arrived with a broken zipper. Our original hoodie was returned and a new one was delivered with ripped and torn hoodie laces. I'm just going to replace the lace myself instead of waiting again for a replacement. In terms of the hoodie, my daughter loves it, but I would prefer better quality control.

COLOR IS WAY OFF
The quality is pretty good and it fits ok, however, the color is way off. i bought a small brown hoodie and i expected it to be a light brown/beige color with darker brown sleeves. Imagine my surprise when i opened the package up to reveal this....yellow hoodie? Does not fit what it advertised at all. Also, the bear bag it came with is wayyy too small. My waist is 22 inches and for me, the straps barely fit around my waist even without the hoodie on. Do not buy unless you're a literal Barbie doll with 19 inch waist and ok with a completely different color than advertised.
