I have dry, medium textured hair with a wavy-curly pattern and typically use salon professional products recommended by my stylist, but prefer to use silicone free product since I only wash once a week, and that is hard to find in salon products. I saw these products used by someone on Instagram whom I admired her curls, researched the brand, and bought the entire collection since it was clean, cruelty free, and affordable. The shampoo lathered really nicely & conditioner rinsed easily from my hair. My hair felt clean but soft when it was wet, which I have never really experienced before - certainly not from a silicone free shampoo & conditioner. The leave in worked as a great detangler and conditioner. The scent was a unique warm and fresh combination, which I would totally wear as a fragrance. I have only used twice now, but think I am hooked as these products work as well or better than the salon products I have been using.

I am on a hair growth journey and I’m looking to grow my hair past my neck one of my issues with this has always been the quality and volume of my hair. Both the shampoo and conditioner are very gentle but effective at the same time and work to Softing and keep my hair moisturized for longer. I definitely recommend all three together: shampoo, conditioner and the leave-in conditioner!

I was skeptical about this product at first, but after a few washes with both the shampoo and conditioner, I can definitely say I see a huge difference! The frizz control for me is amazing and i have naturally curly hair, that tends to frizz a LOT. But, the gentleness this product offers, the scent may not be everyone's cup of tea as it is a bit perfumey, but I love it! Will def be ordering again🙌🏻 best part is its paraben, sulphate and cruelty free too !

TokyoLab makes the best conditioners, I have thick curly hair that constantly gets tangled. This is one of the only brands that quickly untangles my hair.Does it make my hair curlier? Not that I’ve noticed but I can run a comb through my hair after washing it and that’s the important thing.

I brought this because of a suggestion and it blew my mind. I will never use any other conditioner but this. It leaves my hair in great condition. And my hair does not feel striped. What is so amazing is every time I use it, I am never disappointed.

Awesome product

I have 2A-2C (wavy), medium to coarse, low porosity hair. I did buy this because I saw a hair influencer with hair similar to mine using this. I have mixed feelings about this. The shampoo is great, it lathers well and makes hair feel clean and moisturized without weighing it down. It did make my hair feel a little matted but not too much. I’ve never had a shampoo be moisturizing and cleansing before. When dry, my hair still had volume. But it might have been my error in not reading the ingredients because the conditioner is where it went downhill. Since my hair is low porosity it hates large proteins like the ones listed in the ingredients. Upon application of the conditioner my hair immediately felt stiff, coarse, matted, dry, and tangly. When I finally got all the tangles out it still felt coarse and dry. I had to fix this by adding other products to my hair but even then my hair was poofy, frizzy, dry, but somehow felt over moisturized. I used it one more time to make sure it was the conditioner and it was. So if you have low porosity hair this might not be a good conditioner for you. The shampoo is good though but not spectacular. I returned both items.

Smell is fabulous, lathers beautifully, I don’t care for how coated my hair feels in the shower even after rinsing. Also, it leaves my curls really lifeless & not as tightly curled.
