If you purchase these batteries be prepared to go on a different site to purchase the charger for an additional $48.00. I was surprised that the charger was sold separately and I would have purchased it all elsewhere had I known. Not a fan of the way Hotronics does not give all the information about their product and what it takes to actually use it.

I was not happy when I was crash into by some out of control idiot on the slopes. I was really angry when I realize the impact knocked the battery pack out of it fold over cover and lost on the run ...somewhere. These socks are an investment, so paying out over $70 is a bit ridiculous until you try to buy them at the ski shop at $105. Even Ebay could not beat the Amazon price. So my four stars are total about the Amazon price which is ridiculous but not highway robbery like at the ski shop....
